This turn of events allowed Switzerland's Ryan Regez to glide smoothly to victory, with France’s Youri Duplessis Kergomard crossing the finish line in second place. However, the drama didn't end there. The jury ruled that Duplessis Kergomard had impeded Tobias Mueller, resulting in a yellow card for the Frenchman.
